Ephotoartist is committed to providing you with a safe and private environment in which you can upload photos and have them enhanced by us. All of your photos are password-protected and are visible only to you and Ephotoartist employees unless you explicitly share your password with others. Ephotoartist does not share your photos with anyone or provide information about your photos, unless required to do so to satisfy any law, regulation, governmental request, or judicial order.

Information You Provide And How We Use It

Your Personal Information

Your personal information is used to conduct business with you, to verify your identity as a registered Ephotoartist customer for access to your photos, and to deliver other materials. Personal information may be rented or shared with partners or other businesses that may market their products to you. You will have the option to "opt out" of this arrangement as described below. Except as described in the privacy statement, Ephotoartist does not rent, sell, or share your e-mail address or telephone number with anyone unless you explicitly give us permission to do so, or unless required to do so to satisfy any law, regulation, governmental request, or judicial order.

Information You Explicitly Provide

To establish your account or to place any orders on the ephotoartist.com site, you will be asked to provide certain personal information such as your name, telephone number, mailing, and e-mail addresses, and financial information such as a credit card number and expiration date. We use this information to process your order and to notify you of your order status. It will be shared with those persons needed to process your order. Information We Collect Automatically

IP Address

We analyze Internet Protocol (IP) addresses in the aggregate for system administration. We do not link IP addresses to your Ephotoartist user ID, with the following exception: when you place an order using our online checkout process we may record your computer's IP address along with your order to help us identify fraudulent credit card use. We may share this information with the financial institution that issued the credit card used to place an order, or with law enforcement authorities if we determine, or are notified, that the use of the credit card was fraudulent.

Affiliate ID

If you entered our site by clicking a link or banner ad on one of our affiliate Web sites, we will store the ID of the affiliate site in our database along with your Ephotoartist user ID. We do this to ensure that the affiliate receives proper credit for any subsequent order you might place. We may also use this information in conjunction with your activities on our site to help us identify what offers and services may be of interest to you. Third- Party Service Provider

We may share your credit card information with a financial institution to facilitate your purchase of our products using your credit card. Financial information is transferred between client and Ephotoartist.com Web server using a public/private key encryption method using a certificate authority. Access to data is limited to authorized Ephotoartist staff members. Web security and security procedures are reviewed and updated to ensure data protection.
